Yogurt Cole Slaw

Ingredients
.5 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) Cabbage, fresh 4 oz Greek Gods Greek Yogurt, Plain, Non-fat 6 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar 1 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 1 serving Stevia Extract In The Raw Sugar Substitute [1 packet] .75 tsp Salt .5 tsp Pepper, black
Directions
Thinly slice cabbage, shred carrot. Combine all ingredients and stir until well coated. Best made a day ahead, but fine in a pinch just before serving.
