Beef Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients
2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh2.0 cup Beef stock, home-prepared1.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2.0 tbsp corn starch
Directions
Pan fry mushrooms in olive oil with salt, render down. Add butter and corn starch and make bubble mixture like a rue. Add beef stock and thicken. Salt and pepper to taste.
