Cinnamon Crunch Crackers

Ingredients
1large Egg2 tbsp Cinnamon, ground2 packets of Splenda1 3/4 Cup Almond Flour1 tbsp Coconut Oil2 packets of Stevia
Directions
Place flour, cinnamon, and stevia in medium size mixing bowl. Melt coconut oil and whisk the egg and oil together. Pour liquid mixture into dry ingredients and stir until all ingredients are blended well. Place dough between to pieces of parchment paper and roll the dough out to about 1/8" thick. Remove top piece of paper and cut dough into 60 crackers. Place the bottom piece of paper on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 30 minutes and serve. Serving Size: 60 crackers

    This cracker has a nice little crunch to it and tastes alot like cinnamon, sugar toast. In my opinion I think it could use a little more sweenter. Overall this cracker pretty good just the way it is. - 9/14/16
