2.0 oz Pasta, Barilla Cellentani2.0 tbsp Mild diced green chile1.0 serving Mini Sweet Bell Peppers (3 peppers to a svg)0.25 cup great value mushroom stems and pieces0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw5.0 tbsp Parmesan & Ramano grated cheese - reggano(aldi bands)0.05 cup Great Value Finely Shredded Fiesta Blend Cheese
Combine everything except pasta and the cheese in sauce pan. Cover with water and bring to boil. Add pasta and return to boil making sure the water easily covers the pasta. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally. Add more water a little at a time if needed until the pasta is tender and the water almost gone. Stir in the cheeses until they are melted and creamy.
