1.95 cup Southern Home Yellow Cling Peaches (Heavy Syrup) 1.75 cup Mandarin Orange Segments in Light Syrup "Great Value" (by PINKCRATE) 2.25 cup Great Value Pineapple Chunks in unsweetened pineapple juice 4 serving Pork Tenderloin Roast 4 oz serving 6.5 serving Bird's Eye Oriental Stir-Fry Vegetables - 1 cup (by J2CCAUSBIE) 3 tbsp Hoisin Sauce 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1. Reserve liquid from each of the cans of fruit.
2. Cook Pork, Set aside.
3. Cook Onion and Stir Fry Vegetables.
4. Add Fruit
5, Add beaten eggs. Add back pork.
6. Stir together one cup of fruit juice, hoisin and cornstarch. Add to wok and stir until thickened.
