Ingredients
15 oz Pork Sausage, fresh, bulk, cooked 2 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1 serving Aloha Nu Coconut Flour 1/2 cup (by CYBERGRANNY1) 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.25 tsp Salt, Sifto Table Salt (by FAREWELLBC) .5 tsp Baking Soda 2 tbsp Maple Syrup 2 1tsp Coconut Oil 2 tbsp Butter, salted 4 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
Directions
preheat oven to 350
cook sausage until crumbly and browned. drain and let cool.
melt butter and coconut oil
mix other ingredients into a large bowl until smooth, add sausage and mix.
evenly fill 12 muffin cups.
bake for about 20-25 minutes
