Ingredients
1 medium zucchini, sliced1 medium yellow squash, sliced1/2 medium green pepper, sliced1/2 medium red pepper, sliced2 tbsp. light butter1 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese1 tsp. greek seasoning
Directions
1. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat.
2. Place all vegetables in skillet, sprinkle greek seasoning over vegetables, & stir-fry until crisp-tender.
3. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over vegetables and stir to mix.
