Cauliflower Crust Mini's 4" diameter

Ingredients
840 gram Cauliflower Rice Full Head 6"-7" diameter 3 cup No name shredded nacho cheese 16 tbsp TreStelle Parmesan Grated Cheese 27% MF 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Garlic powder
Directions
Set oven to 400F Set rack in middle. Cook on baking sheet. (6 mini's on one baking sheet, 4 on another) Shred cauliflower (including stem- no green leaves) Add all ingredients and mix well. Use approx. 1 cup per pizza (divide equally in 10 servings) And flatten out. Cook until golden on top (like cheese looks on pizza when broiled) Take out and fix your toppings- (add a dent in the cauliflower before cooking to add an egg on top for breakfast) put back in for another 10mins or so. Enjoy!
