Pizza Dough

Ingredients
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 0.124 ounce Yeast, bakers 1 tsp Granulated Sugar 2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 tsp Salt
Directions
combine water, yeast and sugar in a measuring cup and let rest for 5 minutes for yeast to activate.
combine all other ingredients into a food processor with the plastic blade or dough hook.
add the yeast mixture while on low and then increase to medium until a soft ball forms.
remove and need for a few minutes and then let rest in a bowl for 30 minutes. cover with a towel.
cut dough in quarters and roll with a rolling pin and then cut out a 6" round (I use the top of a pan).
put the dough on a lightly oiled cookie sheet, top with desired toppings and then bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
