Ingredients
2 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad) 1 large Mushrooms, fresh 0.25 cup Chick Peas 0.25 cup Beans, black 0.25 cup Beans, red kidney .25 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips 1 medium (3/4" to 1" dia) Radishes .25 cup slices Cucumber (with peel) 4 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 tbsp Salad dressing, Kraft, Lite Zesty Italian
Directions
Wash & chop lettuce, mushroom, pepper, radish & cucumber
Add beans
Add cubed chicken
Drizzle with dressing
