70 gram Bulger Wheat (by CSTEWART833) 0.55 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz) 180 grams Cucumber (with peel) 150 grams Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon .5 cup Parsley
Directions
Cool bulger wheat as per packet instructions, allow to cool then add chopped cucumber, tomatoes, onion, parsley and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste
