0.5 cup Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin Puree (by TEQUILAMY) 1.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 5.3 oz Yoplait Greek 100 Calories Apple Pie Yogurt .5 cup, packed Brown Sugar 2 serving Egg - Large (1 egg) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract .5 tsp Ginger, ground .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground .25 cup Pancake Syrup 1.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour .5 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 oz Walnuts
Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Beat eggs, then add pumpkin, banana, yogurt, vanilla and blend. Fold into dry mixture. Walnuts optional. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes in 9x5 pan.
