Quick Corned Beef Hash

3.5 cup Golden Grill Russet Hash brown potatoes 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 tsp Pepper, white .5 tsp Paprika 1.5 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil 1 dash Salt 4 oz Boar's Head Cooked Corned Beef (by IRONORCHID)
Directions
Re hydrate the potatoes per instructions on the box. Heat a griddle and the add olive oil. When oil becomes hot put all the potatoes on the griddle and spread out evenly. Add chopped onions and all the seasonings on to of the hash browns, Dice up corned beef and add to the top of potatoes. Now turn the has browns and fry on the other side. They will get very crispy, but do not over cook or you may dry out the meat.
