Kefir Smoothie- Apple Coffee Cinnamon

Ingredients
1 cup Kefir, Lifeway (in this recipe I used Blueberry)1 cup Almond milk, Silk organic 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 small (2-1/2" dia) apple2 tbsp organic unsweetened coconut flakes6 tsp Flaxseed, Bob's Red Mill Natural Raw Whole Flaxseed 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 3 fl oz Regular Coffee, brewed from grounds
Directions
Chop up the apple a bit. Throw all ingredients in your blending container and mix it up with the blender. As stated in my intro, an immersion blender makes this Easy peasy. :)
