0.5 serving Chicken-Perdue Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 4oz0.5 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked)0.5 cup Bush's, Black Beans0.4 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper74.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw0.4 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.2 cup Non-fat Greek yogurt Plain-Great Value0.2 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)1.0 tbsp Cilantro, dried2.0 medium Tomatillos
Boil and shred chicken breast, slice and saute red/green bell peppers and onion in olive oil cooking spray, cook rice as directed, and heat black beans. Roast tomatillos, hot peppers, until blackened on bottom combine in blender with avocado, cilantro, and onion to make guacamole. Combine rice, beans, shredded chicken, and veggies in a bowl and top with guacamole and Greek yogurt.
