Ingredients
1 lb Pork, fresh, loin, country-style ribs, separable lean only, raw 121 gram Hunts Diced Petite Tomato (by KJACK6266) 6 tsp Dark Brown Sugar, Pure Cane Sugar 1 cup Motts Natural Apple Sauce, 4 oz snack cup 6 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp Garlic powder 6 tsp Kitchen Bouquet (by INTERPLANET) 1 slice, large (1/4" thick) Onions, raw
Directions
roughly chop the onion. mix together all ingredients except pork and onions. put pork into crock pot. add onion. pour sauce over the top. set crock pot on low for 8 hours. break up/shred pork. serve on rolls, over noodles or over rice - to make gluten free
