.5 cup, halves Strawberries, fresh 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh .5 cup, diced Pineapple, fresh 3 honeydew balls Honeydew Melon 3 cantaloupe balls Cantaloupe 2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
Directions
Blend in blender with water as needed to get desired thickness.
