1 cup fresh brocoli raw (by DAWNJACKSON72) 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
put all ingredients in food process, then take 1 tablespoon of the mixture in a cooking pan. cook it for 10 mints in 350 f.eat it with sauce.
