Ingredients
Directions
1 banana1 cup almond milk (I used unsweetened original flavor)About 1/3 of a 15-oz can of 100% pure pumpkin pureePumpkin Pie Spices to taste
Break or cut the banana into small chunks, and portion out your pumpkin puree. If you want to make this icy-cold, prep those ingredients in advance and put them into the freezer.
When preparing, put all ingredients into a blender (I use a bullet-style, but you can opt to do otherwise) and let it go to town until it's a good smoothie thickness. You may need to add more almond milk if the consistency is too thick; it will vary depending on the size of banana that you use.
Serving Size: Makes 1 smoothie.
