Ingredients
4 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh 2 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend 1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Butter, salted 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh .50 serving Dry Marsala Wine (1 serving = 1 cup) (by MS_PEABODY)
Directions
mix 1/4 cup almond flour with 2 tsp of mrs dash seasoning, then dredge chicken in this mixture. heat oil & butter and saute chicken until browned about 2 or 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and fry out a little. pour wine in, reduce heat ,cover and simmer for 10 minutes
