Ingredients
32.0 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round]3.0 oz Spinach - Dole Baby Spinach4.0 cup shurfine shredded Hashbrowns1.75 cup libbys while kernel sweet corn1.25 cup short one cream of mushroom1.0 cup Velveeta cheese shredded
Directions
Cool hamburger drain fat.. Add cream of mushroom, corn , spinach and hamburger together and mix thoroughly.... Lay your Hashbrowns in the bottom of your greased casserole dish. Put the hamburger mix on top of the Hashbrowns... Cover with foil cook for 20 minutes @ 450 then remove foil put your cheese on the put back in the oven to melt cheese Serving Size: Makes 9 1 cup servings
