Stuffed Avocados

Ingredients
2 avocados, halved and seed removed (leave in skin).5 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, canned, drained.5 cup Black Beans, canned, drained and rinsed2 Tbsp Balsamic Viniagrette 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
Directions
Mix corn, black beans, and cherry tomatoes with the balsamic vinaigrette. Scoop depression in avocado half a bit bigger and fill with salsa, topping with removed avocado. Sprinkle with seasoned salt.

Serving Size: makes 4 servings (1/2 avocado filled with salsa)
