Ingredients
4.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap2.5 cup Brown Rice, long grain4.25 cup Zatarains Red Beans and Rice7.0 serving Eckrich Skinless Turkey Smoked Sausage (2 oz serving)1.75 cup Bush's, Black Beans
Directions
Cut sausage into 1/4 inch slices, combine all ingredients, bake at 350 in a Deep Covered Baker for 2 hours. Serving Size: 6 servings
