Homemade Coleslaw sweet, creamy, and tangy

Ingredients
2 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh .25 cup, chopped Carrots, raw .25 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 8 tbsp Kraft miracle whip regular 2 tsp Granulated Sugar 4 tbsp HEINZ Pure White Vinegar (by MOONSUNSTAR)
Directions
Cook all vegetables fine. Mix together all wet ingredients until creamy and smooth. Slowly add the dressing until the creaminess you want. Add salt and pepper to taste
