Oven Fried Potatoes and Okra

Ingredients
6 small potatoes1 1/2 cup of sliced Okra (you can use frozen)1 chopped onion1 ounce of Jiffy corn muffin mixdrizzle of Olive Oilsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
mix all together
spread on a foil lined sheet pan

bake at 400 degrees 40 minutes stiring occasionally.
