1.5 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme 0.5 serving ALCOHOL-Port Wine 18% alc (by ANIA0422) 1.5 head Endive 1 1tsp Olive Oil
Directions
Shred the endive and soften it in hot oil. Add the broth heat up and add the port wine before serving.
