Ingredients
1 cup Kefir Lowfat Strawberry Lifeway .5 cup Almond milk, Silk organic 2 tbsp great value organic unsweetened coconut flakes 2 tsp flaxseed1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) banana, fresh 1 nectarine
Directions
Throw all ingredients into mixing container, blend with immersion blender, voila.
