16 oz Ground Beef (lean) 8 serving Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 49g 1.5 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese 538 grams Ortega Enchilada Sauce
Brown ground beef and drain
pour a little over 1/2 can of the enchilada sauce and one cup of cheese into ground beef and heat and stir until cheese has melted. Prepare your tortillas according to pkg, directions then spread mixture evenly into them and roll placing face down in a sprayed 9x11 pyrex dish. Pour the remaining sauce over and sprinkle the remaining cheese bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes until hot. Serve with a couple of spoons of sour cream on each.
