Lentil Rice Casserole

Ingredients
3c water (or veggie broth for additional calories)3/4 C lentils, uncooked1/2 C brown rice, uncooked1 onion, chopped1 T dry basil1 T oregano1 t thyme1 t garlic powder1 T vegetable seasoning spice1 T salt1/2 C grated cheese (or plain yogurt cheese is in this nutrition info)
Directions
Combine all ingredients except cheese (or yogurt) in a casserole dish. Cover dish with foil. Bake at 300 degrees for 2.5 hours. Remove from heat and top with cheese or yogurt before serving.
