3 serving Bolthouse Farms Baby-Cut Carrots (8 carrots) 1.5 tbsp Honey 1 tsp packed Brown Sugar 1 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground .125 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
Melt butter in oven proof 1 qt casserole dish. Add all ingradients except carrots. Mix well and then add carrots stirring to coat. Bake at 425 degrees uncovered for 25 minutes. Stir and serve.
