4.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted1.0 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen5.0 large Mushrooms, fresh0.33 cup, chopped Onions, raw10.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast2.0 serving Great Value non-smoked Provolone Cheese - sliced
Cut chicken breast in half then again to make a pouch. Set aside. Sautee onions, mushrooms, & broccoli. Stuff the pouches in the chicken with .5 slice of provolone & 1/4 cup if mushroom mixture. Top with 1 pat of butter on each chicken breast and bake for 45 mins at 350°.
