Ingredients
Asparagus, fresh, 200 gMr Goudas Small Red beans 1 can ( 540 ml) Onions, raw, 1/4 cup choppedPeppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced,chopped 1/4 cup Lentils, 1/2 cup Ginger Root, 1 tsp Whole white poatoes NN Canned 1 can 540 ml can Campbell's fat free Beef consomme /broth condensed - 1 can /284 ml Punpkin pie filling ( e.d.smith) 540 ml can Water, tap, use a 540 ml can to measure Blue Menu Vegetarian bolognaise 700 ml ( whole jar) Unico Chick Peas 540 ml can Curry powder, 1 tbsp and curry spices of your choice1 tbsp canola oil
Directions
saute red onion, ginger, peppers, spices , asparagus and red lentils in 1 tbsp Canola oil in a skillet about 5 min....add broth to heat through and then add to rest of ingredients in slow cooker ...
cook on High 4 hours or low 6 - 8 hours.
Serve with fresh bread or rice or side of your choice , you will have to add nutritional values for that seperately though.DO not add extra salt!
