6.0 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw2.0 clove Garlic1.0 tbsp Olive Oil3.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth1.0 cup Tomato Sauce2.0 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice)4.5 oz Old El Paso green chiles1.0 oz Old El Paso Taco Seasoning package2.0 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
Saute chopped onion and garlic in olive oil until crisp tender.
Cook and shred chicken.
Add everything to slow cooker.
Cook 2-3 hrs on high or 4-5 hours on low.
