Beef Terryaki

Ingredients
* Beef, top sirloin, 1 lb. * *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp * Pineapple Juice, .25 cup * *Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice No Sugar Added, 0.5 cup * Ginger Root, 1 tsp * Garlic, 1 clove * Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp * Japanese Noodles, Soba, 5 oz * Corn Starch, .25 cup
Directions
Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 hours. Change temp. to high and wait for food to simmer. Then add corn starch (mixed with equal parts cold water) and simmer to thicken. Boil soba noodles according to package. Serve beef over boiled soba noodles (or you can add soba noodles at the end to the beef and allow to soak up juices).
