1 pound whole wheat linguinie1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil4 cloves garlic mincedjuice from 1 lemon1 tbsp.ap flour4 cans chopped clams with juice1 cup fresh parsley chopped fine1 small can sliced black olives1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese
cook pasta according to package directions and drain.Meanwhile in a large skillet over med.heat,heat olive oil,add garlic,cook for 1 minute being careful not to brown garlic.stir in flour, cook for 1 minute.Add clams with juice, lemon juice and olives.bring to boil.add parsley and remove from heat.pour over pasta,add cheese ,stir and serve.
