Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Ingredients
3.0 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh2.0 cup Cauliflower, raw1.0 cup, chopped Carrots, raw4.0 cup Campbell's low sodium chicken broth1.25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream0.25 cup Sour Cream0.25 cup flour0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw8.0 oz Cheese - Kraft Sharp Cheddar - Block
Directions
Broccoli, cauliflower, onions, carrots and 4 cups chicken broth in a crockpot on high for 4 hrs. At 3.5 hrs mark, blend flour, heavy cream and sour cream in a saucepan. Let it thicken. Pour in crockpot. Add 2 cups shredded sharp cgeddar cheese. Cook an additional 30 minutes.
