40.0 Grams Dates1018.0 Grams Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, raw2.0 tbsp Apple Butter2.0 serving Snyder's unsalted mini pretzels (20 pieces)7.0 tsp Grey Poupon Deli mustard w/ horseradish56.0 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g
Arrange pork chops on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes. While that cooks prepare the crust.
For crust, mince dates in food processor. Add pretzels and blend until pretzels are minced. In mixing bowl, combine date-pretzel mixture with panko, mustard, and apple butter. Thoroughly combine.
Remove pork from oven and drain any excess juices. Generously coat each chop in pretzel crust, pressing down gently. Continue baking another 15 minutes until fully cooked.
