Ingredients
400 g Plain white flour (UK) 3 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tsp Baking Powder 1 tbsp Milk, 3.25% 1 dash Salt 80 grams Butter, unsalted 40 grams Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 100 grams Granulated Sugar
Directions
put the flour, baking powder, salt and 50 grams of granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl.
make a hole in the middle and add the butter, eggs, milk and mix all together. If it is too sticky add more flour.
Make 1-2 cm balls (they will increase in size) and leave at least 1 cm between each piece when you put them on a baking tray. Bake at 180"C for about 18-20 minutes (check when they check colour to a nice light brown).
Prepare the 2nd tray while the 1st one is baking.
Also prepare 2 small bowls, one with cocoa (unsweetened) and the 2nd one with powder sugar (about 50 grams).
Once the first tray is finished, leave them to cool off for 1-5 minutes so you don't burn your fingers.
Place each piece half dip in sugar and half dip in cocoa. Do this with the rest of the trays as well.
