Ingredients
16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 cup Salsa .5 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned 1 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 8 oz Tillamook Pepper Jack Cheese 6 serving Cheddar Cheese, Tillamook All Natural Sharp Cheddar (1 oz)
Directions
Cook mix together then back 350 for an hour
