5 cup Water, 1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw brokwn into florets 8 Baby Carrots or 3 medium carrots.75 cup carnation evap. milk 1 1/2 tsp salt2 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 4 clove Garlic 1 large Onions, raw 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, peeled and dicedpepperdill
put water in large pan. cook all veggie until tender, (reserve 2 cups florets if you want chunky soup) When tender puree in blender or with food processor, until smooth. (if reserved florets, steam them until tender) add milk, cheese, florets, pepper, dill and more salt if necessary.
