16 oz Chicken Tenders, fresh raw, chicken breast (4oz=2 pieces=1 serving 2 links Italian Turkey Sausage Hot, Shady Brook Farms (Cooked) 1 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 stalk, large Celery, raw, sliced 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 4 Garlic cloves, minced2 tbsp OLIVE OIL, Extra Virgin, Organic, Fresh Finds 3 1/2 cups (2 14.5 oz. CANS) TOMATOES, DICED IN JUICE, FRESH FINDS 10 tbsp ( 6oz. can) TOMATO PASTE, 100% NATURAL, FRESH FINDS 3 cups VEGETABLE JUICE, Low Sodium, Laura Lynn SPICESPenzey's Creamy Peppercorn 1 tbls. " Herbes d'Province 2 tbls. " Granulated Garlic 1 tbls.
Saute Chicken Tenders in 1.5 tbls Olive Oil season with Creamy Peppercorn, browning on both sides in large Dutch Oven. Add cooked Hot Italian Sausages cut into 4 pieces. Remove and set aside. Add .5 Tbls. Olive oil and saute garlic, onions, celery, mushrooms & sweet red pepper for two minutes. Combine tomatoes, tomato paste & Veg. Juice. Blend in and add spices. Add Chicken & Sausages..simmer for 1 hour. Serve over spaghetti or pasta of choice. Great for sub sandwiches too!
