Brown Rice with Vegetables

Ingredients
2 cup Great Value Instant Brown Rice 1/2 medium Red Ripe Tomatoes 1/2 Med. Green Bell Pepper, diced 1 small Onions, diced4 tsp Jerk Seasoning 1 can great value light red kidney bean, drained and rinsed2 cup Water2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add diced onions and diced bell pepper. Cook approximately 3 minutes until veggies are tender. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 10 minutes or until rice is tender.
