I checked the nutrient data by ingredient, and the nutrition facts are for 4 oz. tilapia, 2 corn tortillas, 1/2 avocado, 1/4 c. low fat cheese, 1 T fat free sour cream and 1 T salsa - 1/13/10

I love it. Theses are great, but being from California I have to have shredded cabbage in my fish tacos and no cheese. Try it! (I cheat and buy the cabbage already shredded.) Also, I cook the fish in my George Foreman grill - just takes a couple of minutes. - 1/31/10

I loved these, my husband was not as impressed but he is not a fish taco kinda of guy, so I am adding it to my lunch menus, I had to resist eating more than my share!! - 11/17/08

What is the serving size on this recipe? Is it one taco with 4 oz of fish. Did you include your condiments in your calorie count or is that extra? - 3/12/09

Terrific recipe! The entire family loved it! I decided to serve the fish over a bed of greens and brown rice, but everyone else went for the tacos. Sensational and highly recommended! - 1/31/09

Delicious! My BF and I have always loved fish tacos and these were awesome! I used heart healthy flour tortillas instead of the corn tortillas and it was perfect! - 7/16/08

Decidedly delicious! Even my skeptical husband agreed. :) Addendum: I switched to using Mahi Mahi for the fish - we like the texture better than tilapia (for tacos). YUM! - 6/24/08

Thank you! This was a quick and easy meal. Cooked fish is not my favorite and I still really enjoyed this meal. My entire family loved it. Make sure to season well to give the fish enough flavor. - 6/14/08

Fabulous! I modified as follows: Mahi Mahi w/ Jerk Spice on bottom & top, 1 lime wedge squeezed, 1 un-squeezed (but left both in foil for each filet), after cooking made 'salsa' containing diced tomatoes, onions, cilantro & juice of 2 lime wedges, put that in taco w/ shredded cabbage/cole slaw mix - 12/14/12

Thought this recipe was not only easy to make but very tasty. I did use two different fish, flounder and sole since all i had, but if it was this good with these i cant wait to try the talapia - 1/13/11

I have to watch sodium and even reduced sodium taco seasoning has more than I want. I mix up my own with cumin, chili powder, garlic powder and onion powder. The lime is perfect - awesome recipe! - 10/21/10
