Healthy protein apple cake

Ingredients
1 cup Flour, white 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 3 serving EAS whey protein - 1 scoop=30gr or 23gr of dry powder = protein and 130 calories 0.3 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.3 cup Orange juice, fresh 0.75 cup Coconut Oil 0.75 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 3 cup slices Apples, fresh with skin 1 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar 3 tbsp Honey 3 serving Stevia in the Raw 2 tsp Baking Soda 0.25 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract 1 cup, chopped Pecans 5 tbsp Coconut, shredded sweetened5 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)
Directions
Peel and chop finely the apples. Chop the pecans. Prepare your oven and a round pan. Melt the coconut oil. First mix all the dry ingredients together, and then add to them all the liquid ones, except for apples, pecans and shredded coconut. Mix using an electric mixer. Fold in the apples, pecans and shredded coconut. Bake for about an hour and half in 160 degrees Celsius. Serving Size: Makes 20-30 servings.
