Bisquick apple Cranberry Sage Chicken

11 tbsp Grape Jelly, Smuckers 2 tbsp Butter, salted 1 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 p Apples, fresh with skin 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw .5 cup, chopped Cranberries .75 cup Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only) .5 tsp Sage, ground .75 tsp Thyme, ground 20 oz Best Choice Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (frozen)
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
in saucepan melt jelly and butter over medium heat.
add in apple celery and cranberries - remove from heat
in shallow dish mix Bisquick sage and thyme. in another dish place water. dip chicken into water then coat with bisquick mixture. Spray large skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 6-8 minutes turning once
Place chicken in ungreaased 9x13 pan sppon cranberry mixture over chicken and bake 40-45 minutes.
