2 Tbsp Mom's Best Cereals Old Fashioned Oats (100% whole grain), dry1/2 cup, Blueberries (unsweetened), frozen1/4 cup, sliced Mangos, fresh6.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, ** try different variations by adding raw spinach, your favorite protein powder or even substituting milk for 100% juice; Either way the options are endless**
Place all ingredients in a blender and BLEND!! It's that simple.
**You can always make these in advance and freeze (I use Mason jars and make a week's worth) as an ultimate time-saving strategy**
