Ingredients
1 Medium to large Cucumber (peeled & sliced)1/2 Small to Medium Yellow Union (diced)2 Plum size Tomatoes (diced)4 TBSP Wishbone BountifulsHearty Itilian Dressing1/4 C. Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Mix all ingredients in bowl, cover & shake vigerously or stir everything together & cover. Chill for about 2 hrs. Makes about 3, 1 cup servings.
