1 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen 16 oz Ground Chicken2 cup Water6.8 oz box Rice-a-Roni -any Chicken Flavor
In large skillet, brown ground chicken. Drain fat only if there is a lot. Add Rice-a-Roni mix, seasoning packet, water, and vegetables. DO NOT ADD BUTTER. Stir well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until water is absorbed.
