Pork and Chicken Lo Mein

8 oz. linguine, cooked2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil3/4 lb pork tenderloin, cut into bite-size pieces1 breast chicken, cut into bite-size pieces1 red bell pepper, sliced julienne1 c. sliced cabbage3/4 c. snow peas1/2 c. chopped onion1/2 c. bean sprouts3 tbsp hoisin sauce2 tsp sesame oil
Cook linguine according to package directions. Cook pork, chicken, and onion in olive oil. Add vegetables, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Cook until crisp tender. Add linguine and toss until coated.
