Ingredients
16 oz Tilapia filet 6 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1.5 tsp Garlic, Minced, Great Value 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Ginger, ground 1 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Mustard Powder 1 tsp Chili powder 0.25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray baking dish lightly with olive oil spray. In a small bowl combine olive oil and all of the spices and mix well. Place filets rib side up on baking dish. Brush each filet with seasoning mix. Then turn them over and brush seasonings on the other side. Bake about 15 minutes until filets flake easily.
